The Guardian 400 Extended Range Fuel System is a fixed-wing auxiliary fuel solution for the Basler BT-67 and potential CASA/IPTN CN-235 and CN-295 installations. Up to two internal tanks may be fitted, with crashworthy and self-sealing construction specified to MIL-DTL-27422. Each tank is designed for installation or removal in approximately 15 minutes and integrates cockpit fuel-quantity indication. Robertson also identifies an optional Rapid Ground Refuelling kit that allows the aircraft to support forward-area fuel delivery roles. Published figures list 375 gallons of average usable fuel and approximately 500 pounds per tank with restraint; aircraft integration must follow the applicable approved configuration.
